Join us on Saturday, July 8th, at 7:30pm at the Netloft for the premiere of 'that thing in the heart' by pianist Lee Pui Ming and writer K Louise Vincent. Described as ""A conversation between a musician and a writer, a mandala of worlds within worlds where borders open and boats sail freely.", this will be the second of the Enisling commissions.

Open Mic returns for Canada 150 on June 30th

Open Mic is back for Canada 150! Show us your pride and your shame with one of your own poems and a poem by a Canadian poet or just come for the party. A first for Gabriola, we will be featuring poets via Skype! Sharon Frye from Oklahoma, Jay Sizemore from Tennessee and Bayleigh Fraser from Ontario. June 30 at The Hive. By donation.
